For deliveries to Hong Kong Order ONLY
- Each order would allow one shipping address only.
- Free shipping is available for purchases of HK$600 or more (net product amount, calculated based on a single order), and HK$80 per item will be charged for items less than HK$600.
- Each order is entitled to one free local delivery to a single designated delivery address. The free local delivery service applies only within local areas, including Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and the New Territories. An additional surcharge of HK$200 will be charged for delivery to certain locations such as Ma Wan, Discovery Bay, and Tung Chung.
- After the order is confirmed, it will usually be shipped within 3-5 working days. The delivery date is subject to actual conditions. After shipment, the customer will receive a shipping notification email.
- To ensure that customers avoid any issues during delivery, we do not accept SF Locker or shopping mall stores as delivery locations. Customers must provide a residential or company address where someone can sign for the delivery in person.

Remark:
1. If the delivery address does not have elevator access to the unit, the delivery personnel will arrange handover at ground level, or SF Express may charge an additional fee at the time of delivery. Any such surcharge must be paid directly to SF Express by the customer.
2. SF Express reserves the right to modify the coverage of remote areas at any time without prior notice.
3. If, on the delivery date, no one is present at the delivery address or the address provided by the customer differs from the actual delivery location, resulting in failed delivery and return of the goods, the shipping fee will not be refundable. This delivery attempt will be considered as having used the free delivery service. Should redelivery be required, the customer must pay the applicable delivery fee for subsequent arrangements.
4. The delivery personnel only provide delivery services. If you have any questions about the products you receive, please contact our customer service department directly. The delivery staff cannot handle the return or exchange for you.
5. Regarding the terms and conditions of the complimentary delivery service, New Star Company Limited reserves the right of final interpretation and decision over all clauses stated above in the event of any dispute.
